1. How do I register a return?

If you do not like the item you ordered or do not meet your requirements, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact our customer service at: [email protected]. Please include your order number when returning.

2. How do I redeem a discount code?

You can redeem your discount code in the shopping cart. Enter your discount code and click the "Apply" button. The discount code is automatically deducted from the order. Are you getting an error message? Perhaps the discount code is no longer valid or has already been used.

4. Do I have to pay for a return?

You will be responsible for the cost of returns. If you make use of your right of our return policy, the item must be returned to us in the full scope of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. For all returns please follow our return policy.

5. How long is the EcoWeide attractant active?

The EcoWeide attractant is active for 6-8 weeks.

6. Where is the best place to put the Fly Trap Meadow?

• Place the bucket about 10-15 meters away from the desired area
• Place the bucket about 1.5 meters high
• Place the bucket in a sunny spot

7. Does the Fly Trap Meadow also catch horseflies?

No, the Fly Trap Meadow only attracts flies.

8. How much EcoWeide attractant do I need for a filling?

6 x 40g water dissolvable bags of EcoWeide attractant are required to fill the Fly Trap Meadow.

9. Is the EcoHome Spray harmful to cats?

The EcoHome spray is safe for cats and only works against insects.

10. Where should the dispenser be placed?

The dispenser should be set up or installed as high as possible (e.g. on a chest of drawers). In the barn, it should be hung out of the reach of animals above the boxes or on a beam.

11. How long can I use the EcoHome Spray?

The EcoHome Spray has an expiry date of 3 years under normal storage conditions. You can find the date on the bottom of the spray can.
