Warranty

We do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. We request that you notify us of a defect as soon as possible after discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. We offer a standard 1 year warranty on all our products. Please refer to the product specifications for the relevant article.

The warranty offered by us does not affect the legal warranty.

The warranty is valid under normal use for which the product is intended. If this is exceeded, the warranty will become null and void.
