Delivery

The delivery time within Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria is usually 1-3 working days. After receiving your order, your package will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Deliveries outside the EU may have longer delivery times due to border controls. Extra costs for deliveries to the UK or Switzerland such as toll and other fees might occur and are to be paid by you. If you refuse to accept the order after prior notification of shipment and without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping and return costs.

Deliveries within Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria:

Shipping costs of €7,49 will be charged. For orders above €69,- shipping is free.

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping costs of €14,95 (Switzerland & Liechtenstein €19,95) will be charged.

Return Policy

You can return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you and we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. Return costs are to be covered by you. We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return after this period, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

All returned items have to be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible. If an item is returned to us damaged, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We charge a return fee of €7,49.

If you refuse to accept your order or fail to collect it from the parcel shop within the deadline set by the transport company and the package is sent back to us, we will charge a fee of €7.49.
