Can I change my order after it's been placed?

If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us via the contact form. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend an order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

My order is incomplete. What should I do?

We're sorry if an item is missing from your parcel. Here's what you can do:

We may have sent your order in separate parcels – if that’s the case, you’ll see this in the order confirmation and tracking email we sent you.

If you’ve received all your parcels and something you ordered is still missing, please contact our customer support as soon as possible; we’ll be happy to help.

Something's wrong with my item, what should I do?

If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer support and provide a photo of the faulty or incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can sort this out for you.

How do I redeem my discount code?

Discount codes can be redeemed in the shopping basket. Enter your discount code and click the "APPLY" button. The discount will be automatically deducted from your order. Are you seeing an error message? The discount code may no longer be valid or may have already been used.

Place the fly trap approx. 10-15 meters away from the area infested with flies. Place the bucket in a sunny, wind-protected spot at a height of approx. 1.5 meters. We recommend using the iron mounting post.

Delivery usually takes around 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and internal processes. Free delivery on orders over €69.

If the tracking information shows no updates or is blank, there may be a delay in updating your tracking details, but don’t worry, it will be updated shortly. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.

You can return an item and request a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period stated above. If you attempt to return an item after this period, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible. If an item is returned to us damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund and we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs. All items are inspected upon return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with their original packaging.

You are responsible for returned items until they reach us, so please ensure they are packed securely and cannot be damaged in transit. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure you obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return. We do not offer exchanges.

We charge a return fee of €8.49.

If you refuse to accept your order or fail to collect it from the parcel shop within the deadline set by the courier, and the parcel is returned to us, we will charge a fee of €8.49.

All returned items will be refunded to the original payment method once they have been inspected by our warehouse team. We aim to process your return within 5 working days of receiving the parcel.
