How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times may change due to holidays and internal processes. Free shipping on orders over €69.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order here: SENDCLOUD SHIPPING PORTAL

Alternatively, you can log in to your account to view the tracking.

If the tracking shows no updates or is empty, there might be a delay in the update. Don't worry, the update will follow shortly. Please wait until the estimated delivery date for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived by then, you can contact our customer service.

Our Return Policy

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt and request a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. After the aforementioned return period, we do not accept returns of unwanted items. Should you make a return after this period, we may have to send the item back to your standard delivery address - the shipping costs for this will be borne by you.

All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, we cannot issue a refund. All items are checked upon receipt. To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused and in their original condition with the original packaging.

You are responsible for returned items until they reach us. Please pack the items carefully so that they cannot be damaged during transit. Since you are responsible for the package until it arrives, we recommend that you keep proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return. We do not offer exchanges.

We charge a fee of €8.49 for returns.

If you refuse to accept your order or do not collect it from the parcel shop within the timeframe specified by the transport company and the package is returned to us, we will also charge a fee of €8.49.

Please enclose the original delivery note in the package and note the order number on the package.

All returned items will be refunded via the original payment method after inspection by our warehouse team. We usually process your return within 5 business days of receiving the package.

How do I return an item?

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us using the contact form. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify an order before it leaves our warehouse.

Can I change the products in my order?

Unfortunately not. Once an order has been placed, we can no longer change any products.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept iDEAL, Credit/Debit cards (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa), PayPal, Klarna, Bank Transfer, Bancontact, ebanking.com, KBC, giropay, and Belfius.

My order is incomplete, what can I do?

We are sorry if an item is missing from your package. We may have shipped your order in multiple packages. In this case, you can see this in the order confirmation and the shipping tracking email.

If you have received all packages and an ordered item is still missing, please contact our customer service immediately. We will be happy to help you.

There's a problem with my order. What can I do?

If an item is defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately and send us a photo of the defective/incorrect item so that we can solve the problem for you.

How do I redeem a discount code?

Discount codes can be redeemed in the shopping cart. Enter your discount code and click "Apply". The discount will automatically be deducted from your order. Error message? The discount code may no longer be valid or may have already been used.

How much EcoWeide lure do I need for one filling?

To fill the Pasture Fly Trap, 6 x 40g water-soluble sachets of EcoWeide attractant are required.

To fill the Garden Fly Trap, 1 x 40g EcoWeide attractant is required.

Where can I find product manuals?
Where is the best place to set up the fly trap?

Place the fly trap about 10–15 meters from the fly-infested area. Position the bucket in a sunny, wind-protected spot at a height of about 1.5 meters. We recommend using the mounting pole.

Does the fly trap "Weide" also catch horseflies?

No, the Willow fly trap only attracts flies

How long does the EcoWeide lure last?

The EcoWeide lure is active for approx. 6-8 weeks.
